Bonjour Part 2

I'm finally getting around to posting more of our British Isles trip.  I've already started to forget the names of the places we went to.  Hopefully, blogging will keep the memories alive.
I liked Scotland even more than Ireland.
Edinburgh Scotland was breathtaking.  There were so many places that made your jaw drop.

Edinburgh Castle

Edinburgh Castle

We were welcomed to Dunrobin Castle by Scottish bagpipes.  Someone pinch me!

The Dunrobin Castle had amazing grounds. Someday my hedges will look like this.

The Dunrobin Castle dates back to the 13th century.
I love this gate.

Can you see the rainbow?  How perfect!
France didn't disappoint me.  Paris was even prettier than I thought it would be.
Looking down from the Eiffel Tower

We had lunch at the Eiffel Tower.  My first taste of French cuisine in France.  I must go back!

View from the Eiffel Tower
Cupid and Psyche by Antonio Canova was one of my favorite statues.  Wow!

Venus de milo

Everyone must see the Mona Lisa in person.  We couldn't get very close to her.
Is she smiling?  Why do her eyes follow you?  Rumor has it the model was pregnant.

I didn't want to leave the Louvre!
Merci Paris!

That isn't Venus, that's Winged Victory.
