Day 6 in the Baltic

Tallinn, Estonia

Hello from St. Petersburg, Russia!

Lithuania was pretty Lame. We ended up going to a freakin' mall! I am very impressed with the stylin' Europeans, they are so small so I couldn't buy anything that would fit me.

Yesterday, we stopped at Tallinn, Estonia. We walked to "Old Town" and ate caviar and drank beer. Some of the buildings dated back to the 12th century. Estonia was part of the Soviet Union at one time. Old Town was very quaint. We almost felt like we were walking down the cobblestone streets in France. By the way, if you want to make purchases with your credit card, make sure your credit card company knows you are out of the country! It saved us money in the end!

Back to Russia...tonight we have an evening tour at the Hermitage. It was the most expensive tour we could book in Russia. It claimed we could visit the museum in the evening, avoiding crowds and seeing the pretty night lights. Funny thing, the sun doesn't set until midnight! I'm sure it will be wonderful, it just made us laugh!

Harold just kicked my butt in cruise ship "putt, putt." He'd better watch out...it's Bingo night!!!

Having a great time...love you all!
